What does each client really cost you?

Put in what you spend, how many enquiries come in and how many become clients — from any source, online or not. It all stays in your browser.

Good enquiries are the ones that could actually buy from you — the right need, the right budget, the right place. The rest still cost you money and someone’s time.

What stands out
    Where I would start

The numbers show what each channel costs. They don’t show what happens to an enquiry after it arrives — who answers, how fast, and where it goes quiet. A customer-journey map shows exactly that.

    What the numbers mean

Cost per client is the number most owners never see.

Spend on its own says little. €500 that brings ten clients is cheaper than €100 that brings none.

Count the free channels too — word of mouth, regulars, walk-ins. They cost nothing, so they rarely get looked after.
