Business Review

Business Review

For a business that works, but isn’t producing what it should — and nobody inside can see why.

What I look at

Marketing that spends and doesn’t convert. A structure that leaks money, time, or control. Growth ahead, and the question of which of today’s problems will grow with it.

I look at the whole business, end to end:

  • where the money goes, and what it costs;
  • where the sale is lost;
  • who does what, and where things fall between people;
  • what gets reported, and what nobody sees;
  • how the company looks from outside;
  • and what could hurt it.

The method comes from years of financial investigation, following money through systems built to hide it. A business that underperforms is the same puzzle: somewhere, the flow breaks. I find where.

Basic Review

A general look at the whole business, for owner-run companies of up to around fifty people.

We agree the scope together first, in a short call. The call is free, and the fee is fixed and agreed in it — before I start. Then I need the last twelve months of figures, the key contracts, a picture of who works where, and a look at your channels — access, or just the statistics.

If what you send is enough, I work on my own, and we need one hour together to confirm what I see. If something is missing, I ask — by email or in a call, whichever suits you.

You get written findings on the whole business:

  • what works well, in my opinion;
  • what needs fixing urgently;
  • what needs fixing, but can wait;
  • what needs a closer look before I can say for sure;
  • and, where I can see them, suggestions and solutions.

On top, one page with the three or four things that matter most, numbered by what to fix first. Then we sit down and go through it together.

It takes about three weeks. It can be done fully online, for a business in any country.

What you get

Written findings in plain language: what works, what to fix now, what can wait, and what needs a closer look. One page on top, and a sit-down to go through them.

This business is invented. Real findings stay with the client.

From a real map

About €12,600 a year

One business was paying for six things twice — or didn’t need them at all. Each one made sense when it was added. Nobody had looked at them together. The map paid for itself in under two months.

After a Basic Review

If there is something to fix, there are two ways on from there.

A plan on what I see

Concrete orders you can give your team — written as homework, for this business and these people.

Comprehensive Review

I go all the way down. I talk to the key people, and everyone else answers a short survey — anonymously, so only I see the answers. I come to you as a client, as many times as we agree. I trace the money, the customer’s path and the reporting, and look at how you are seen from outside.

You get the whole picture — how the business actually works and where it breaks — the costs and leaks in euros, and a plan for each person or department. Thirty days later we check how it is going.

Going on to the Comprehensive Review after a Basic one costs less.

If nothing serious turns up

You still get my suggestions for what could work better. And we can talk about where you want to take the business, and plan for that — only if you want to.

Where it ends

The Review ends at the findings — or at the plan, if you want one. If you want help putting it in place — reporting, processes, platforms, training your team — that is separate work, agreed on its own.
