Who I work with
Business owners — usually when the business works, but isn’t producing what it should, or when something has already happened.
Some run mid-sized businesses and are making hard decisions under pressure. Some run smaller ones alone — carrying everything themselves, too close to the business to see it clearly. Usually it is a team of up to about fifty people: a shop with an online store, a studio, an agency, a trading or service company, a family firm.
I take few clients at a time, I work discreetly, and I work internationally.
My story
I always wanted to understand how a business works as a whole, not just one part of it. So I studied accountancy, law, taxation, financial analysis, marketing, supply chain — and later, investigation. Now AI.
I started working directly with business owners at eighteen, as an accountant in an accounting services company. I also worked in sales for a large manufacturer — tenders and the commercial side of a big operation. So I saw a business from the books and from the sales side. Then I went out on my own, helping owners run their businesses — operations, costs, reporting, getting the different parts to work together. In 2019 I became a business owner myself.
I spent years advising international clients on cross-border business — structure, finance, tax, operations. Then I co-founded T&H Consulting, where I investigate financial crime: fraud cases, tracing money across jurisdictions, forensic reports used in court.
The method comes from that work — following money through systems built to hide it. A business that underperforms is the same puzzle: somewhere, the flow breaks. I find where.
All of it comes down to the same skill: seeing what’s actually going on before anyone acts — and saying it straight.
