It starts with a free fifteen-minute call. You tell me what is going on, and we see together what would help.
If you want my full read on one problem, that is the Consultation. You describe the situation. I listen, ask the questions that matter, and tell you what I am actually seeing — what is in front of you, what is underneath it, and where the real decision is.
Sometimes that is all you need — a complete engagement, not a preview. When the business needs more, the work goes step by step:

About me
I have worked with business owners for more than ten years — as an accountant, in sales for a large manufacturer, helping owners run their businesses, and running my own. I also advise companies that work across borders, and I investigate financial crime: I co-founded T&H Consulting for that work.
All of it taught me to see the difference between what is shown and what is there — in the figures, in the processes, in how a business really runs. I use it to help and advise: to show you where the business loses money or time, and what to do about it.
